Recently, a new generation of automatic iron remover developed by a domestic magnetoelectric equipment enterprise has achieved a core technological breakthrough. With its 12,000 Gauss high magnetic field and three-stage iron removal structure design, the iron impurity removal efficiency has been increased to over 99.5%, far exceeding the industry average. This provides key support for the high-quality production of mining, building materials and other industries. The technology has obtained 6 invention patents, and relevant achievements have passed authoritative industry testing and certification.
According to the person in charge of the R&D team, the core advantages of this automatic iron remover lie in the dual innovations of magnetic field strength control and intelligent heat dissipation technology. By optimizing the coil winding process and high-efficiency cooling system, the magnetic field attenuation rate of the equipment is only 3% after 8 hours of continuous operation, which is much better than the industry average of 8%, ensuring the stability of long-term operation. At the same time, the intelligent control system equipped with the equipment can adjust the magnetic field strength in real time to adapt to the iron removal needs of different materials, realizing the whole-process automation from rough separation to fine separation.
An application case of a large cement production enterprise confirms the technical advantages. Previously, the enterprise had a raw material iron impurity content as high as 0.8%, leading to color differences and strength fluctuations in finished products, with annual rework costs exceeding 500,000 yuan. After introducing the new automatic iron remover, the iron impurity content was reduced to below 0.02%, which not only solved the quality problem but also saved more than 500,000 yuan per production line annually. At present, this technology has been applied in more than 200 large domestic mining enterprises, with a customer repurchase rate of 82%.
